The lures at Heckler are built with one thing in mind... catch fish. Our lures are finished in contrasting colors. We don't do ultra-realistic paint finishes for the simple fact our customers ,and us, don't catch as many fish useing them vs. our contrasting finishes. We've been around a little and talked to more than just a few pro's about what's important in making a lure effective. Pretty much every one mentioned contrasting colors as being way on top of the list. So naturally we ran with it, and never looked back. Though they are not ultra-realistic, that doesn't mean they can't be appealing to Human's as well as fish. Seems everyone likes the looks of our designs. Our first priority is and always will be, making a fish want a lure more than humans. We want your business and we want to make you happy, so this is the one thing we will refuse to budge on. Because of us being stubborn, that means more fish for you. And we believe that will make you happier than having an expensive lure sit in your tackle box, fishless and hardly used.
